JULY & AUGUST MARKET UPDATE 2023

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in August 2023 was $2,023,383 down 11.6% from $2,290,178 in 2022. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,057,679 in August 2023, down 2.1% from $1,080,913 in 2022. The average price year to date is $1,050,970 down 4.20% from last year 2022.
