JAN/FEB MARKET UPDATE 2023

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in February 2023 was $2,048,232 down 15.10% from $2,412,843 in 2022. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,136,813 down 3.9% from $1,182,571 in 2022. The average price year to date is $1,103,638 down 6.9% from last year 2022. The number of all property sales reported by OMDREB decreased 41.20% for single family homes and 51.10% for townhouse/condo homes compared to February 2022.
