MARCH MARKET UPDATE 2023

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in March 2023 was $2,189,833 down 10.20% from $2,438,344 in 2022. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $925,695 down 22.60% from $1,196,156 in 2022. The average price year to date is $1,018,684 down 14.40% from last year 2022. The number of all property sales reported by OMDREB decreased 28.00% for single family homes and 23.40% for townhouse/condo homes compared to March 2022.
