NOVEMBER MARKET UPDATE 2022

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in November 2022 was $1,850,056 down from $2,066,357 in 2021. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $961,630 down 7.5% from $1,039,893 in 2021. The average price year to date is $1,084,702 up 10.60% from last year 2021.
