APRIL MARKET UPDATE 2023

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in April 2023 was $2,084,884, down 4.90% from $2,191,455 in 2022. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,064,443 in April, up 2.90% from $1,034,379 in 2022. The average price year to date is $1,031,662 down 10.60% from last year 2022. The number of all property sales reported by OMDREB in April decreased .8% for single family homes and increased 22.70% for townhouse/condo homes compared to April 2022.
