MAY & JUNE MARKET UPDATE 2023

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in June 2023 was $2,115,770 up 7.10% from $1,976,379 in 2022. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,079,729 in June, up 4.30% from $1,034,750 in 2022. The average price year to date is $1,045,453 down 5.60% from last year 2022.
