MARCH MARKET UPDATE 2022

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board the  average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in March 2022 was $2,432,557 up from $1,991,624 in 2021. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,190,742 up 14.3% from $1,042,090 in 2021.
