OCTOBER MARKET UPDATE 2022

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, the average sale price in Oakville for a detached house in October 2022 was $1,872,285 down from $2,105,245 in 2021. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,021,152 down 2.5% from $1,047,749 in 2021. The average price year to date is $1,093,924 up 12.10% from last year 2021. The number of all property sales reported by OMDREB decreased 33.00% for Single Family homes and 51.00% for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to October 2021.
